Find your everyday inspiration in these awesome illustrations!

Doodles are simple drawings that can have concrete representational meaning or may just be composed of random and abstract lines, generally without ever lifting the drawing device from the paper, in which case it is usually called a "scribble".

Saloni Patel is a Mumbai based artist and illustrator. Her doodles and illustrations draw inspiration from her personal experiences, something she witness or reads, daily routine, mood swings, and my dog Simba. She turns these experiences into cool drawings that you can not only relate to but also find comfort in.

"Ever since I was a child, I’ve loved art & drawing; and my love for it only grew with time. Growing up, I chose to give handmade cards to my loved ones over purchased gifts since it allowed me to add a personal touch. Their love and appreciation for my doodles/drawings encouraged me to keep at it. I gradually started posting pictures of my amateur doodles on social media. I draw inspiration from my personal experiences - something I witness or read, daily routine, mood swings, Simba - my pup… Basically pretty much anything that intrigues me. The number of likes/comments/followers multiplied manifold with every new post. I was both, proud and motivated. Everyone started referring to me as ‘moodyymoo’. I was no longer Saloni Patel. I love what I do, and I’m glad that my work in whatever little way makes people feel good/inspired."
